    Non-personally identifiable information may be collected by our web-based tools for the purpose of online advertising and is completely anonymous.

    We make every effort to keep you informed of our own special events, news and offers. Periodically, we send announcements via email or direct mail. If you do not wish to be contacted by our office, simply click on the unsubscribe link found at the bottom of the email newsletter.

    Note: We'll have to hand over the information you provide if we're ordered to do so by a court of law.

    We are determined to keep your information private. We have even added measures to protect your personal information during transactions. For example, when you supply us with your debit card or checking account information to make a purchase, we encrypt your information to ensure a safe and secure transaction. Your payment information is temporarily stored on a secure server before processing.

    All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. We use vendors that specialize in providing secure online payment solutions. None of your payment information can be accessed via the internet. Hey, we buy things online, too, so we understand how important this issue is to you!

    To sum it up, we will only use your information for the order process or for sending you further emails from My Baby Jo directly about sales, events and or special notices we may want to share with you.



  • Shipping & Delivery
  • My Baby Jo ships all domestic orders via UPS. Please provide a complete street address when ordering.

    You will be sent an e-mail from UPS upon shipment of your order with your tracking number, the subject line of this e-mail will read: Quantum View Notify(TM) Ship Notification, Tracking Number. Please look for this e-mail as it will provide all information about your package delivery.

    Should you wish to verify transit time for your order you may check the www.ups.com website and click on TRANSIT TIME. UPS provides automatic insurance and tracking of your package!

    All international orders will be sent via US Express or Priority Airmail. This also provides a tracking number and insurance on your items.

    Most orders are shipped within 2 business days of receipt. If an item you ordered is out of stock you will be notified immediately via email.

    *** Remember, if you require your order for a special event please let us know. Write your event date in the "Special Instructions" when placing your order.

    All Military addresses: APO/FPO/DPO destinations. Please select US Priority Mail Only. My Baby Jo THANKS YOU for your service to our country by extending at 15% discount off your original merchandise total. All orders shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO address will receive a 15% refund after your order has shipped. Refund will be processed after order ships because there is no way to implement the discount during the order process. Should you have any questions about this please email darla@mybabyjo.com.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. My Baby Jo, Inc. is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.

    Returns and exchanges are accepted within 7 days of receipt of order with prior authorization via e-mail. If you return your merchandise for refund without prior authorization you will be charged a $15.00 re-stock fee.

    • Items purchased for photoshoots/filming are non-returnable.

     

      Books, CD’s, DVD's, Stockings, Undergarments, Cosmetics, Embroidery Patterns, Vintage Items, Vintage Clothing, Paint, Bumper Stickers, Posters, Clearance Items and Special Order items are non-returnable.

    Please return your items with a copy of your invoice in a pre-paid parcel using an insured carrier. My Baby Jo is not responsible for lost or misdelivered items sent uninsured.

    My Baby Jo is not responsible for return postage. Original shipping charge will not be refunded.

    My Baby Jo cannot accept returns for items worn. We understand you will need to try on certain items, but once you have worn items to an event we will not be able to accept returns or exchanges.

    We do NOT accept returns on items already worn or with missing tags. IF YOU WORE IT, YOU OWN IT.

    We are not a costume shop. If you purchased your item for Halloween, see note above.
